"Christy and Ashley were very helpful and sympathetic when my car was vandalized (rear passenger smashed and ignition apparatus damaged in an attempted theft). No one in Memphis could take it, so it was towed to Atoka Body Shop in Atoka, just outside of Memphis, and Paul and Jeff did a GREAT job and were very communicative and thorough. My car looks and runs great!"

"First let me start off by thanking everyone for the service they provide each and every day even the ones who don’t take the pride in it as they should. I really think that we have forgotten how commendable providing service is. Ashley and Nel always have provided great selfless commendable service so selfless it reminds me of Jesus in the Bible washing the Disciples feet.They have really helped me a lot in my time of need in the mist of my storm. My issue I have had has been with upper management such as Jennifer. I ask for calls to touch bases on things I have ask to be taken care of for me and no calls back. I don't want to come cross more important than anyone else but I told management that in 911 emergency mode and gotten total incompetence in return. I’m a man that believe in showing loyalty and giving due diligence to a company I do business but haven’t received the same. I have told been told about my great track record in making payments but haven’t received the same integrity. I’m not one to call for ones job I wouldn’t want to impact anyone’s livelihood but this distasteful service has lead to ready to break my bond and look elsewhere for service!"

"If I could give negative stars I would. I have been with Steve Womack for YEARS. Ever since I started driving. I also have home insurance through them. Well, after a terrible snow and rain storm, our roof started leaking. Bad. We called and filed a claim. They said they would just cover the water damage but not roof. Please someone tell me how that makes any sense? Apparently it’s not caused by a “single event”. So does a terrible storm not constitute as a “single event”? I will tell EVERYONE I know to not use Steve Womack. Also, they have been a nightmare to work with to even file the claim to begin with. Red flags everywhere. Edit: My insurance is with Steve Womack. I was with Phil Sugg and upon him leaving, we were stuck back with Steve Womack. Throughout speaking with other insurance associates and them reviewing my policy, I have been told that my policy is grossly over insured, consequently, I am over paying every month. Due to that, our deductible is way higher than it should be. And they still won’t pay out our very reasonable claim (which is within our policies parameters). All in all, pick another insurance agency. P.S. Their response was copied and pasted."

"I’d like to start by saying if you want an insurance agent that picks up the phone for your emergency and prioritizes you Steve Womack and his employees are not the agency you want to go with. A storm came through and messed up our roof and water was pouring in. It took a week and a half of me calling them and blowing up their phones for any progress to be made at all. The State Farm side is even worse. They just sent someone out to look at our roof and they won’t cover it because a sudden event didn’t happen to cause the water damage. I didn’t have a roof leak, the storm came, my roof started leaking, but it’s not an immediate event. No water-> storm-> water damage. No causation according to them so no roof repair. They’ll fix the inside of my house just for it to get damaged again the next time a storm comes through. It’s a sorry excuse for an insurance agency and I would absolutely avoid using them at all costs. If the worst happens and your property is damaged State Farm will do everything in the conniving power not to cover you. Buyer beware!"

"Spoke to Morgan of Steve Womack’s State Farm’s Office on 12/15/23. I received a message from I believe it was Ashley at Womack’s office stating she needed to speak to on my account. When I spoke to Morgan she put my mind at ease. She was very friendly, compassionate and patient with me. Her positive energy and kindness was well received as she reviewed my insurance matters. I saved $250 a month on insurance when I became a customer at State Farm. Because of Mr. Womack’s staff who signed me up in around 2/23 I am with Stste Farm for Life! These people make me believe they are concerned about what concerns me!!! And that matters!"

"If you need to cancel expect long wait times, additional charges and zero calls back. We transferred our insurance to Steve Womack’s office but ended up canceling later the same day for reasons unrelated to the company. However, we were continually charged for several months before I realized despite at least 2 calls to make sure our policies were cancelled. I made a 3rd call to rectify the situation and receive a refund and was told it would be corrected. Yet again we received a charge. I called last week to see what the issue was and was promised a call back which never happened. I called twice during regular business hours and was directed to an answering machine. I left a message to be called back on a Monday and have yet to receive a call back as of Thursday evening."

"After struggling to find an insurance company that won’t leave me sitting on hold for hours at a time, I’ve finally found the perfect company to do business with for my car and life insurance policies. I spoke with the receptionist Nel on the phone for several minutes and she immediately directed me to a solution, with no wait time whatsoever (rare)! She was very sweet and understanding, even when I probably came off as rude and short due to my previous experiences. Thank you State Farm, you’ve officially made me a life-long customer!"
