"I needed proof of renters insurance for my storage unit. ( the storage company lost the first one I gave them two weeks ago) Charlie and Christy , my two favorite agents, helped me get another hard copy and even offered to email or fax a copy directly to the storage company. That’s great service! Also if you don’t know, renters insurance from State Farm is inexpensive and easy to get. I feel better when I’m not home or out of town knowing my valued possessions are protected against fire, theft, and other losses"

"Hello, I recently needed to get new coverage on a replacement car and called Steve Womack's office the morning, which I have had coverage with his State Farm office for many years now. That said, happen to get connected with Morgan and she was absolutely fantastic! I was able to get my new truck covered in a matter of minutes with no fustrastion whatsoever, which is almost impossible nowadays with most companies. "Worst auto insurance agency I ever worked with. I cancelled insurance by email on a car that I sold two month ago, and they kept billing me after cancellation in excess of $500 on the same vehicle. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they helped me. Never do automatic credit card billing with these crooks. Update on 8/21/24: The agency owner is blaming the State Farm corporate office, but I cancelled a second policy insurance on my second car Lexus on June 24, 2024 via an email to the agency, yet I am being billed for the second policy too even 2 months after my cancellation email. This agency really needs to get their act together."
